About Doreen
With a professional foundation built on almost 20 years as a licensed occupational therapist, I
have dedicated my career to helping people navigate life's important transitions with
compassion, patience, and thoughtful guidance. Those experiences shaped the values that
continue to define my work today—trust, honesty, clear communication, attention to detail,
professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving others.
After moving to Michigan with my family, I had the opportunity to stay home with our two
daughters while becoming involved in the Kalamazoo community. Whether volunteering for our
schools, coaching Girls on the Run, participating in community activities, or cheering on my
daughters at their sporting events, these experiences have strengthened my connection to the
community I proudly call home.
Having relocated several times throughout my life, I understand firsthand that home is much
more than a place to live. It's where memories are made, families grow, and life's milestones
unfold. Those personal experiences give me a unique perspective on both the excitement and
emotions that accompany buying or selling a home. So it only became natural for me to pursue
a new career in real estate.
